Our six-week coed youth baseball program includes weekly practices and games, placing players on teams with a dedicated coach to foster skill development, teamwork, and confidence.

Little Legends Baseball/Softball is an introductory program where your Little Legend will learn fundamentals of baseball/softball, hand-eye coordination, listening skills, control and focus. Age appropriate games will be infused with basic skills to ensure your child is having fun while learning about teamwork and sportsmanship! Children will leave Little Legends with a new set of skills, a positive experience, stronger values, and new friends!

running-man LEGENDS CO-ED REC BASEBALL
This is a coed baseball program that runs for 6 weeks, and consists of 6 practices and 6 games. Players will be placed randomly on teams and assigned a coach. This is an “in-house” league. Practices and games will be held during the week at the Legacy Center.
running-man Legends Rec Coed 6U Tball/Coach Pitch
Legends Rec Coach Pitch Programs are designed as the next step after Little Legends baseball. This program is a transition out of t-ball. Players are introduced to live coach pitching. Batting tees may be incorporated early on in the program if needed.

running-man Legends Rec Baseball 8U Coach/Player Pitch
The Legends Rec Coach/Player-Pitch Program is designed as a transition from coach-pitch to player-pitch. Player pitch will be introduced. All players will be taught pitching fundamentals.

whistle COACHES NEEDED:
This program will be coached by parent coaches in conjunction with Legacy Baseball staff. If you would be interested in helping out as a coach please indicate your interest during the registration process. Parent coaches will receive a discounted rate for their child’s registration (not including the uniform). If you are interested in coaching please contact Jessica.
running-man Legends Rec Baseball 11U Coach/Player Pitch
The Legends Player-Pitch Program is the first division where games are mostly pitched by players. Coach-pitch will be incorporated AS NEEDED. All players will be taught pitching fundamentals.

shirt-jersey UNIFORM:
All players are required to wear the (NEW as of spring 2022) Legends Rec Baseball Uniform for games. This uniform will be used for the 2022/2023 seasons. This can be purchased during checkout.
backpack EQUIPMENT:
All players are required to bring their own glove, helmet and bat to practices/games.
calendar SEASONS:
SPRING: Late April-Early June
SUMMER: July – Mid-August
FALL: Late August – Mid-October
SCHEDULE FORMAT:
Week 1: 2 practices per team
Weeks 2-5: 1 practice & 1 game per team
Week 6: 2 games per team
baseball PRACTICES & GAMES:
Everything will run on Mondays and Thursdays. In the event that we need additional space, a couple of games may be played on Wednesday’s.
