Dance Class Policies
CLASS REFUNDS
Refunds requested prior to the halfway point of the session will be prorated. No refunds will be granted after the session is past the halfway point unless for medical reasons.
CLASS ATTIRE & HAIR
Dancers need to have proper attire and shoes with hair pulled back. (NO JEANS) Please see class descriptions for required shoes and attire.. Dancers should bring a water bottle to class each week. No Food or other drinks allowed in the studio.
VIEWING POLICYS
Due to the studio size and to minimize distractions, we kindly ask that all parents remain outside the dance room during class time. You’re welcome to wait on the bleachers in the fieldhouse or arena.
A parent watch day will take place the last class. This will be a great opportunity to see the dancers' hard work in action!
COMMUNICATION
Please make sure you are subscribed to emails, this is our primary means of communication. If we need to cancel class you will be notified by email. We do not necessarily follow school closures, an email will be sent out if classes need to be canceled. We will hold a make-up class for any cancellations.
