Little Legends camps consist of instructional games that create confidence in and around soccer. The curriculum ensures each class is FUN and developmentally sound. Each day they will participate in a non-sport activity and conclude with Bounce House FUN!

Legends Summer Camp | Ages 6-12

Legends Summer Day Camps are a great way for your kids to beat the heat this summer! Whether they are seasoned athletes or beginners looking to try something new, Legends Camps are the perfect fit for everyone! Campers will be divided into groups based on age and skill level to maximize player development and potential. With a focus on the FUNdamentals, campers will be given the tools to improve their game while learning about teamwork and sportsmanship from the Legacy Center’s professional coaching staff!

Camp Overview

Full and half day camps are available weekly throughout the summer. Each week campers have their choice of a variety of sport or non-sport related morning camp options followed by an afternoon full of fun!

Afternoon Camp Activities: Police/Fire Station Tours, Water Activities, Field Games, Arts and Crafts, Team Building, Pizza Party and more!

Summer Camp Daily Schedule

8:30AM-9:00AM: Drop Off, Meet your Coaches and other other campers!

9:00AM-11:30AM: Morning Sports Sessions (choose your sport for the week)

11:30AM: Half-day camper pick-up

11:30AM-12:30PM:  Lunch & Free Play for Full-Day Campers

12:30PM-1:00PM: Opening Ceremony & Team Time

Campers split into groups for a few fun activities with their counselors.

1:00PM-4:00PM: Games, Activities, & Art Stations

Outdoor games, art, science, indoor crafts, indoor activities and games.  Campers will rotate to 3-5 stations, each day will have different themed activities, games, art & more!  

4:00PM-5:00PM: Closing Ceremony & Free Play in the Arena

Parents may pick up between 4:30PM and 5:00PM

Special Art & Science Activities – Mondays & Wednesdays!

Water Day – Thursdays!

Campers need to bring a towel, extra clothes or bathing suit, sandals, and sunscreen. **Water may be adjusted based on weather.

Pizza Party – Every Thursday!

Full-Day campers don’t need to bring their lunch!

Morning Camp Descriptions

Baseball/Softball Camp – Offered Weekly

Hey batter batter! Legends Baseball/Softball camps are designed to strengthen your child’s interest in America’s greatest pastimes! Players will focus on throwing, fielding, batting and base running while having fun and growing their love for the game! Daily challenges, radar gun games and situational play make this camp a grand slam! What to Bring: Glove, helmet and bat are recommended but not required

Basketball – Offered Weekly

Take it to the rim this summer with Legends Basketball camp! Players will work on shooting, passing, dribbling and ball handling while having fun and learning about teamwork! This camp is a slam dunk!

Check out the Legacy Basketball Skills Academy Camps for players 9-14yrs scheduled the weeks of 6/20, 7/18 and 8/15. These camps are great for players with previous playing experience, and will run Mon-Thurs from 10a-2p.

Dance Camp

Get on the floor! Legends Dance Camp is an upbeat and fun camp that focuses on four styles of dance; Jazz, Hip Hop, Lyrical and Pom. Dancers will work on technique, skills and routines throughout the week. Camp will end with a performance for the parents! Required: Loose fitting clothing, tennis shoes, hair pulled up, jazz shoes are optional (dancers can also be barefoot during the jazz and lyrical portions)

Field Hockey 

Field Hockey is the world’s third most popular sport and it’s growing in Michigan!  Local high schools: Brighton, Hartland, Pinckney, Novi, St. Catherine’s as well as Washtenaw Co. schools all have Varsity programs.   Learn skills: dribbling, passing, receiving, shooting and team concepts. Teamwork is emphasized. Space is limited.  What to Bring: Athletes need to bring a stick, shin guards and mouth guards.  We will have sticks to lend for new players.

Freestyle Trampoline 

Freestyle trampoline is a great camp for kids who love to bounce, flip, and have fun learning in the process! Our program is designed to teach skills that can range from a beginner level up to the most advanced tricks! This will include drills and progressions that will help cater to a safe learning environment for improving spatial awareness, agility, and learning to flip and twist like never before!

Football Camp 

The Legends Football camp is a guaranteed touchdown! Campers will learn football fundamentals in a non-contact setting. Passing, catching and running skills will be incorporated through games, drills and contests. Don’t drop the ball this summer, get in the game!

Soccer Camp – Offered Weekly

Get a kick out of camp this summer! Legends Soccer camps focus on the fundamentals of the game while promoting friendly competition! Games and drills will focus on passing, receiving, dribbling and shooting!

Looking for more!? Join us the weeks of 7/11, 7/18 an 7/25 for the Legends Soccer Academy Camps! Lead by Legends FC staff, campers will have the opportunity to enhance their game while working on their soccer and Futsal skills.  What to Bring: Soccer ball, shinguards and cleats are recommended but not required

Volleyball Camp – Offered Weekly

Bump, set and spike your way to the Legends Volleyball camp! Players will be introduced to the volleyball basics of passing, setting and serving through games and drills. Daily challenges and teambuilding activities are sure to make this camp unforgettable! Can you dig it? What to Bring: Knee pads are recommended but not required
