LegacyFit is our signature small group training class. Class sizes of no more than 15 people creates an intimate atmosphere that allows our training staff to create targeted and participant specific programs.
Our mix of LegacyFitCardio and LegacyFitStrength takes you through periodization phases to always keep you engaged and surpassing your goals. LegacyFit is based on Metabolic Resistance Training which infuses cardio with strength training principles that can burn fat for up to 36 hours after your workout.

Mike Cieszkowski, Director of Legacy Fit
I am a certified personal trainer and nutritionist. I serve as the director of Legacy Fit Group Training (Level 3 membership) and I am also the head strength coach at Hartland High School. I have been doing personal training and strength coach work for 12 years and nutritional consultations for 5 years. I have a degree from Albion College and am certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a personal trainer. I am certified through Precision Nutrition as a nutritionist as well as an Integrative Health Practitioner through Dr. Stephen Cabral and his functional medicine team in Boston. I love being a part of helping people move toward their goal of performing better, looking better and most importantly feeling better.
