Challenge Success Stories
“Before I joined the 6-week challenge, I felt like I needed structure and accountability to reach the next step on my fitness journey. My main goal was to develop healthy habits in both my diet and exercise routine. The tools and resources Legacy offers really change the game. Being able to track my results in detail along the way served as a major motivator to kick it up a notch each class. All that, along with a staff that is as excited (if not more) as me about my progress made these last 6 weeks a huge success for me! I lost 15 lbs of fat and gained 11 lbs of muscle, I have more energy and feel great!”
“Before joining the 6-week challenge, I was feeling lethargic. My main goal was to increase energy, strength, and overall fitness.
I feel like this is something anyone can do because it can be adjusted to fit you in terms of the amount of weight you lift and pace you move. The trainers are there to help and challenge. I am 52 years old and can do my age in real push ups.”
“Prior to joining the challenge, I was feeling worn out all of the time. My main goal was to start building healthy habits and prioritize exercising. After completing the challenge, I learned that I shouldn’t have waited for the perfect time to start and I should have just started doing. The impact that the changes I’ve made had on my energy levels and mood have been so substantial that I regret putting it off. To think that I was 6 weeks away from feeling great this entire time is something that will drive me to stay dedicated to the new habits I have formed.”
