HYROX CLASSES

HX8: HYROX Circuit Training | Classes

Ages: 16 and up

HX8 is a high-energy, coach-led circuit workout that delivers a full-body burn in a fast, efficient format. You’ll move through 8 different stations, combining strength and cardio so your workout stays engaging and never repetitive.

Each class focuses on:

  • Total-body strength and conditioning

  • Short, manageable intervals

  • Simple, effective movements

  • Clear coaching and easy scaling options

HYROX Training Class

Get race-ready with our HYROX Training Class, a 50–55 minute workout inspired by the global fitness racing phenomenon. Whether you're prepping for your first HYROX event or just want a powerful full-body challenge, this class delivers.

You’ll rotate through functional training stations including sled pushes, rowing, wall balls, ski-ergs, burpees, and more—blending strength, endurance, and cardio in a high-energy, team-driven format.

HYROX EVENTS

HYROX 1/2 Simulation | Classes

Visible to: Everyone
Ages: 16 and up

June 20 | 7:30a - 11:00a

Non-members: $60

  • Experience the HYROX race format at half the volume. This simulation follows official movement standards and race weights, alternating 500m runs with functional workout stations to test endurance, strength, and pacing.

  • Perfect for athletes prepping for a HYROX event or anyone wanting a realistic benchmark without the full race distance. This is a timed effort, not necessarily a race—scale as needed and focus on execution. 

  • Single participants will find out their wave time one week prior to the race.

  • Doubles will sign up together using the registration link marked DOUBLES. 

  • All participants receive a HYROX drawstring goodie bag filled with some fun items! 

  • Top racers in each age category receive a HYROX/Legacy Fitness t-shirt (categories determined 48 hours prior to race, dependent on registrations).

HYROX Physical Fitness Test (PFT) | Classes

Ages: 16 and up

Event Description: Legacy Fitness is now hosting monthly HYROX Physical Fitness Tests!

One Saturday per month, the regular 8 and 9 AM workouts will be replaced by the PFT. Groups of four will run every 15 minutes. The HYROX PFT is a great indicator of the level of fitness of all participants and will help determine which division participants should take part in during HYROX Main Events. This is determined by finishing time and age range.

Member pricing: FREE (if you show up!) $10 for no-shows or late cancels.

Non-Members: $25  

PFT Description: All movements are meant to be done in order and the score is for time. All reps or full distance must be completed before moving on to the next movement.

  • 50 Burpee Broad Jumps 

  • 100 Stationary (Forward) Lunges 

  • 1000m Row 

  • 30 Hand Release Push-Ups 

  • 100 Wall Balls 

*All modification options automatically result in a Bronze patch and the score will be categorized as scaled on the global leaderboard. 

1. 1000m SkiErg Modification Options: If the participant is unable to run due to an injury or a movement limitation, they can substitute the 1000m Run for a 3000m Bike (approximately 2 Miles) 

2. Burpee Broad Jumps: Modification Options: If the participant is unable to jump, they may step over the lines or do burpees in place without the broad jump. If they are not able to get all the way to the ground, they may step or jump back into a plank position and then step back into a standing position. (Also known as Sprawls) 

3. Stationary Lunges: Modification Options: If the participant is not able to reach full range of motion, they may lower their back knee as low as possible without touching the floor. 

4. 1000m Row: No modifications

5. Hand Release Push-Ups: Modification Options: The participant may modify the push-up by using their knees instead of their feet. The same range of motion applies. 

6. Wall Balls (6/4 kg): Modification Options: If the participant is not able to complete full range of motion with their hip crease below their knee, they may modify to a higher depth squat. If they are not able to reach their designated target, they may aim for a lower target. Both modifications result in a Bronze score. 

*There is also the option to modify reps or complete the reps with a partner. Both will automatically result in a Bronze score and a scaled result on the global leaderboard. No refunds or exchanges.     

YOUNGSTARS

AGES: 8-15 | June 16 - August 21

*We will split the groups by ages, depending on registrations.

HYROX Youngstars is a fun, high‑energy program designed to help kids build strength, confidence, and athletic skills through the world’s fastest‑growing fitness race. Each session introduces age‑appropriate versions of HYROX movements—running, sleds, functional stations, teamwork drills, and obstacle‑style challenges—taught in a supportive, encouraging environment.

Young athletes will learn proper form, develop coordination, and improve overall fitness while having a blast with friends. Every class blends skill development, interval‑style training, and game‑based conditioning to keep kids engaged and moving with purpose.

Perfect for active kids, sport‑specific athletes, or anyone who loves a challenge.
