Legacy Fitness offers a unique free 6-week challenge opportunity to clients who qualify!

HERE’S HOW IT WORKS

  • Request a consultation here.

  • Your quick 15-30 minute consultation with a Legacy team member will take place on site. Tour the gym. Complete a questionnaire so we can learn more about your lifestyle and goals.

  • If you qualify for our offer, we will let you know right away and then assign you a personal trainer.

  • Meet with your trainer for a 45-60 minute 1:1 nutrition consultation prior to your challenge start date.

  • Complete your body scan.

  • You will have access to a Training app to communicate with your trainer, log food, log workouts, track progress.

  • You will have access to ALL Legacy Group fitness classes.

  • Start losing weight, gaining muscle and feeling strong.
